Holes are punched using machines, to prepare for assembly into an aluminum shutter.

Panel Assembly
Skilled technicians assemble each shutter using panels from the newly punched profiles.

Hinge Installation
Hinges are carefully fitted and aligned. Every installation is completed with precision to maintain consistent product quality.

Quality Control
We then check the quality of surface power coating. The workers removes the tape to check.

Final inspection & packaging
Each shutter receives a final inspection and are carefully cleaned before being securely packed into protective materials to ensure safe delivery.
